COLLECTIONS AND THEIR LOCATION

The library is located on the first floor of Casa del Monizioniere.
At the present the bibliographic material is about 10.000 unites (
monographs and journals) and it's located on the opened shelves in two rooms
(Monographs room and Periodicals rooms); monographs are located according a
classification system by matter and are available for free consultation by the internal users.

The collection of books is housed in the Monographs room; current periodicals, dead periodicals and observatory publications are in the Periodicals room.
